Chef inspired by Iceland

This video is part of a larger promotion campaign done by the Islandsstofa and shows Rene Redzepi that is a chef and co-owner of Noma – the two-Michelin star restaurant in Denmark. It was one of the best restaurants in the world as reviewed by San Pellegriono Awards. He is known for making great food of course but also for being very innovative on the Nordic cuisine and promoting northern lights holidays. The promotional campaign was done because of the large potential drop of visitors to Iceland after the world famous Eyjafjallajökull erupted in 2009.
